April 7, 2008 - The Schematic Design phase is complete. We have some very exciting ideas for the building. The 14 apartments are going to be fantastic!

April 22, 2008 - We finished removing the interior partition walls, and are now waiting for the Architect to prepare the construction documents. All historic materials and finishes have been preserved.
