Philosophy and Values

The Traikos Real Estate Group is guided by five principles: integrity, professionalism, justice, hard work and community service. Furthermore, we believe that it is the responsibility of every generation to apply Sustainable Building principles and, therefore, bequeath to the next generations a place better than the one we inherited.

These are our principles:

1. Integrity: we adhere to moral and ethical principles commensurate with the responsibility we have assumed vis-à-vis our various counterparts.
2. Professionalism: we continuously strive to improve our technical knowledge in all the areas that impact the performance of our activities.
3. Justice: we abide by the Golden Rule, treating our investors, suppliers, collaborators and customers as we wish to be treated. We expect to be treated in the same way by them.
4. Hard Work: we believe in profiting from our efforts the old fashioned way, taking no short-cuts that would undermine either our reputation or our long-term results.
5. Community Service: we believe in giving back, and, therefore, actively seek opportunities to promote the benefit of individuals, families, and neighborhoods.

This is our guiding philosophy:

We strive for all of our projects to either be LEED-certified or, at the very least, follow Green Building guidelines. The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high performance green buildings.

We, as stewards of our environment, want to leave to the future generations a legacy of responsible planning for the preservation of our planet and its resources.
