Mission Statement

The mission of the Traikos Real Estate Group (TREG) is to seek appropriate opportunities in:

• land development intended for residential multifamily applications;
• redevelopment of residential multifamily properties;
• multifamily income property investments;
• other real estate investments where we can leverage our knowledge and experience to achieve desirable returns within acceptable levels of risk.

Though we specialize in the residential multifamily market, we intend to expand our activities to include mixed-use projects.

Our geographic focus will be in our primary markets of South Florida and Upstate New York. As a matter of company policy, we will continually strive to acquire knowledge of additional geographic markets (both domestic and international).

TREG's projects will be either wholly-owned or in partnership with accredited investors.

We will also work for third parties, offering brokerage services and fee-based consulting services.
