The Traikos Real Estate Group (TREG) has emerged as one of the region's premier real estate development, management, and investment brokerage companies. TREG evolved from the investment and property management activities led by George Traikos.

George's first major real estate project was the purchase of a rental complex in Miami, Florida in 2001. In order to achieve the financial objectives set out for the income property, George created VPPM, Inc., a property management company aimed at becoming the best-in-class. Only then, he concluded, would it be possible to provide quality property management which would permit achieving those profitability targets.

The entrepreneurial spirit of the founder, combined with the desire to excel in every facet of the real estate investment process has led to the current structure of TREG. That structure, however, is continually changing in order to meet evolving challenges and to take advantage of opportunities as they arise.
